Make a philosopher's stone and then a condenser, using the stone to transmute gold to diamonds if you can't afford the condenser. Then make a destruction catalyst and go nuts at diamond level. You'll get 20-100k EMC in about 20 minutes of mining with it, minus the fuel cost. From there you make energy collectors and put them on your condenser.
